The database is the same one the website carries, verified the same way. What the app adds is timing: a groom hears about a matching profile when it is created, not whenever he next has an evening free to go looking.

Alerts matter most to a groom searching around a working week, when the alternative is remembering to check.

What the profiles tell you

Groom profiles carry the same fields and the same privacy rules in the app as on the web: qualification, employment, parish and family visible, contact details exchanged only when both families agree.

How the search works

Register free in the app, set the criteria once and leave the alerts running. Searching hard for a fortnight and then switching to alerts covers more ground than continuing to search manually.
